DESCRIPTION:Il formenton è un’antica specie di mais a otto file di semi con cui vengono preparate pietanze gustose accompagnate da buon vino.
Presso gli stand gastronomici disposti nelle aie contadine sarà possibile assaggiare a partire dalle ore 18.30 la polenta, i dolci e gli altri prodotti tipici realizzati con la farina di formenton, oltre che le numerose altre bontà tradizionali della Garfagnana.
